Logistics Specialist 

Your tasks & Responsibilities:

• Plans, coordinates and controls shipments following plan established by Logistics Partner and Distribution Planner
• Ensuring of placing Trade & Compliance requirements during execution
• Administration activities: documentation (issuing, archiving all necessary documents)
•  EKAER/BIREG/TRACES/PIC maintenance for all relevant shipments in CEE region
•  Monthly stock reconciliation/yearly inventory - ensuring compliance with SOX controls
• Follow up of ESH/HSE rules, deliver the job and daily activities of work as in line with of 5S, ISO 9001 and ESTA requirements.
• Understand the objectives of the area and maintain the expected improvement and follow-up to achieve these objectives.
• Report the risks and opportunities that detected during working.
• Avoid making unplanned changes in process or way of working, report change needs and impacts of changes done by management.
• Report all non-conformities that could have impact on customer satisfaction or process efficiency and correct them herself/himself if possible.
• Maintain all process and product checks on time, in full with the right direction and record the results.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related education
• Work experience: Relevant experience in similar position in Logistics, import/export of goods, Customs activities, freight forwarding industry, administrative background
• Communication: communicates clearly, confidently, and accurately to people at all leve
  Ability to learn: fast learner, ability to follow work instructions accurately
• Attention to detail: works to high level of precision in own work, and able to identify and correct mistakes in the work of others
• Software: experience working in SAP is preferable, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office
• Language: local language is required (Hungarian), and fluency in English
