Maintenance Engineer 

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Maintenance Plan for plant and harvesting related to field (processing devices)
• Maintain scheduling, organize the work and distribute task
• Maintain the related ISO work instructions and complete the required documents/records
• Support preventive and corrective action planning in a maintenance area (electricity, mechanics)
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with Bayer FCPA and ESH rules by employees (temporary and permanent) and sub- contractors
• Prioritize maintenance activities as the Site requires - reduce downtime in operations
• Prepare maintenance operations and document for plant, field, machine equipment life-cycles up-to-date
• Control effectiveness and quality of maintenance operation when done and participate in Machinery Safety Pogram as MSR
• Participate and assist Improvement and Capex projects planning and execution on the Site
• Provide support to training plan and coaching sessions for site teams
• Lead and support User Driven Maintenance and Asset Care Best Practices in ONEPSS sue to given KPI's
• Assist the Site during VSM analysis.
  
  

Who you are:

• Electrical engineer Bsc
• Hungarian Native and English Intermediate (B1) level language knowledge
• 5 years relevant experience in maintenance field
• Responsible, flexible, customer oriented (internal, external)
• Good team player and trainer skills
• PLC program & IT network knowledge is an advantage
