该职位负责拜耳影像诊断全产品组合(对比剂、器械设备&耗材等)在江苏南京、扬州、镇江、徐州、泰州、盐城、淮安、宿迁、连云港等城市的销售推广,年目标销售额6000w-7000w左右。

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Workout the district sales strategy, including the high growth plan for CME\DEVICE\SD to ensure the achievement of sales goals through conducting academic promotion and maintaining networks with customers and identifies business opportunities and problem areas.
  • Establishes goals for Medical Representatives in alignment with prescribed product strategies and monitors the progress towards them.
  • Organizes the collection of relevant market access data and competitive product information.
  • Conduct well planned sales meetings designed to convey product knowledge, selling skills and foster teamwork.
  • Implement management development programs to provide succession planning candidates for future leadership positions.
  • Evaluate sales results, taking action or making recommendations to correct behavior or performance.
  • Work with human resources in establishing and maintaining an active recruiting program designed to fill vacancies quickly with qualified personnel.
  • Appropriately allocate total regional sales budget and control expenses within assigned budget to meet or exceed business objectives.
  •  Routinely make field contacts with regional representatives to ascertain skills, provide oral and written feedback on effectiveness and potential.
  • Ensure adherence to company compliance, policy and guidelines.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Education:University degree, preferably in the field of clinical medicine or pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:At least 5 years of sales management experience within the medical industry, preferably in a MNC as well as leadership experience.
  • Specialised Training:Sales management and leadership skills, communication & authorization skills.
  • Knowledge, SkillsProfound knowledge of the Pharma market and related products Excellent communication & negotiation skill Good command of both oral and written English.
