YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 拜耳是一家总部位于德国、具有近160年历史的创新企业，在生命科学领域的健康与农业科技方面具有核心竞争力。拜耳健康消费品启东产品供应中心是拜耳全球供应网络的一部分，是拜耳健康品消费中国非处方药的片剂和糖浆的战略供应中心，也是中国健康消费品事业部唯一集研发和生产于一体的供应中心，毗邻健康消费品事业部亚太和中国区总部上海。
• 管培生项目介绍：
• 阶段1：1.5-2年内在生产、质量、供应链、工程部门内轮岗 ；
• 阶段2：轮岗结束后，结合专业发展诉求和业务需要选择定岗；
• 培养目标：管理型人才或专家型人才
• 你将会经历：
• 学习和实践产品供应中心各部门的运营模式，深入了解业务；
• 参与项目的实施，如数字化转型，新产品供应中心从0到1的布局与建设，产品的国际化转移；
