生产高级操作员 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 生产设备的操作和基础维护
• 确保按照生产流程安全生产
• 协助换模和设备参数按照生产流程正确设置
• 完成中控测试；进行中间产品和成品的取样
• 完成生产过程的清洁、质量控制和设备维护记录
• 确保按照SOP和GMP法规进行生产操作
• 如果生产车间有任何安全或者质量风险、事件发生，立即汇报
• 作为PSS里面的关键角色，在L1层面帮助制定AO元素的相关标准，按照标准运行。参加L1会议，使用心跳模型和PDCA思维来解决和持续提高岗位绩效。

WHO YOU ARE

• 大专及以上学历，具备药品或食品行业的工厂操作经验
• 接受过相关专业培训：GMP培训/ HSE培训/维护培训
• 知识和技能：基本的英语和计算机技能和基本的设备维护技能
• 熟悉生产流程，能处理生产过程中基本设备问题
