维修技术员 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 设备维护和保养：负责固体制剂相关工艺设备的日常维修，PM等工作，确保设备正常稳定运行；
• 故障维修：及时响应并处理设备异常，快速诊断问题原因，进行有效的维修；
• 文件记录与执行：负责WI/OPL等的编写，落实GMP设备管理的相关文件要求，及时准确记录相关维修工作的活动。
• 备件管理：依据设备运行情况和维修需求等，负责备件购买提请、验收、领用等；
• 安全与清洁：维护设备的清洁卫生，保障生产环境符合GMP的要求。同时，确保设备的安全运行，遵守安全操作规程，对设备进行安全检测和隐患排查；
• 培训与指导：熟悉设备的标准操作方法和日常维修、调整等的要点并指导操作人员；
• 上级临时安排的工作。

WHO YOU ARE

• 教育背景：大专及以上学历，机电或相关专业；
• 工作经验：2年以上药企现场工作经历；
• 专业技能：熟练使用办公软件及制图软件等；能解读电器、机械图纸；有PLC应用基础及会操作SAP的优先；
• 能力要求：使用“问题解决”工具去分析解决实际的问题，制定CAPA；较强的自学能力；良好的沟通和团队合作精神；能够承受一定的工作压力，适应倒班。
