YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Tech Transfer Team for transfer related activities and ensure that relevant products are transferred locally with high quality and on schedule. 
• Compiles the Technology Transfer Plan and Transfer sub-plans including corresponding schedules 
• Ensures timely execution of the Transfer activities per the approved transfer plans 
• Provides updates to the relevant senior management and other key stakeholders on project progress and timely escalation as appropriate 
• Ensures that adequate resources are available by collaboration with respective functional management. Communicates within and between the Sending Unit and Receiving Unit Team 
• Responsible for the evaluationand subsequent progress of potential transferable products of the Skyfall project. 
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. 
• 领导技术转让团队开展转让相关活动，并保证相关产品高质量地按期转移至本 地。 
• 制定详细的技术转移计划和对应子计划。 
• 确保按照批准的转移计划及时执行转移活动。 
• 向相关管理层和其他主要利益相关者提供有关项目进展的最新信息，并酌情及 时升级。 
• 通过与各自的职能管理层合作，确保足够的资源。负责转移工厂和接收工厂之 间的沟通和内部协调。 
• 负责Skyfall项目潜在的可转移产品的评估以及后续进展。 
• 完成领导交办的其他任务。 

WHO YOU ARE

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, pharmacy related major is preferred. 
• Qualifications: Familiar with Microsoft Office software. 
• Experience: 5 or more years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, three or more years of project management experience, familiar with oral solid dosage formulation, packaging and inspection processes. Successful experience in product technology transfer is preferred. 
• Language: Fluent in Chinese and English. 
• Strong logical thinking and result-driven , excellent communication skills and initiative. 
• 教育程度：本科或以上学历，药学相关专业优先。 
• 资格：熟悉Microsoft Office软件。 
• 经验：5年及以上制药行业工作经验，三年及以上项目管理经验，熟悉口服固体制剂制造、包装以及检验流程。有产品技术转移成功经验优先。 
• 语言：汉语和英语流利。 
• 较强的逻辑思维和结果导向能力，优秀的沟通协调能力以及积极主动性。
