HSE Project Expert 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead to update APMF ( Asset and process master file) to carry out PHA review with PPS practitioner and deliver A3 certificate
• Lead ecological and sustainability assessment with HSE experts to deliver ESA report
• Contribution to safety on construction site concept
• Lead for HSE permit: Environmental, Safety & occupational Health three simultaneous assessment (pre-assessment, design assessment and acceptance assessment)
• Lead HSE assessment including MSA(Machinery Safety Assessment) ,EPP (explosion protection and prevention), LSA (laboratory safety assessment),OHSRA(Occupational health and safety risk assessment ),FFP (fire fighting protection), Bio-safety assessment, AI in waste water etc.
• Collect all material OES(Occupational Exposure Standards) and to complete CEAC (chemical exposure assessment and control)
• Review and update material SDS and create chemical matrix
• Input transport safety and warehouse safety in design
• Security management, responsible for CCTV , special chemical management
• Corporate with internal and external related HSE&S functions
• 牵头更新 APMF（资产和流程主文件），与 PPS 从业人员一起进行 PHA 审 查，并提供 A3 证书。
• 与 HSE 专家一起领导生态和可持续性评估，提交 ESA 报告
• 对施工现场的安全概念做出贡献
• 牵头办理 HSE 许可证： 环境、安全和职业健康三同时评估（预评估、设计 评估和验收评估）
• 牵头HSE 评估，包括 MSA（机械安全评估）、EPP（防爆）、LSA（实验室安 全评估）、OHSRA（职业健康与安全风险评估）、FFP（消防）、生物安全评估、废 水 AI 等。
• 收集所有 OES（职业暴露标准）材料，完成 CEAC（化学品暴露评估与控 制）
• 审查和更新材料 SDS 并创建化学矩阵
• 将运输安全和仓库安全纳入设计
• 安全管理，负责闭路电视、特殊化学品管理
• 与内部和外部相关 HSE&S 职能部门合作

WHO YOU ARE

• HSE related bachelor degree More than 5 years HSE working experience in multiple company, new projects experience is preferred Both oral and written English is mandatory working language HSE相关专业本科以上学历 5年以上HSE相关工作经验，有项目经验优先 英语是书写口语工作语言
