YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 实现销售指标;
  • Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so thatthese targets are met 建立并通过各项活动和拜访来执行销售计划;
  • Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制预算;
  • Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing and new customers 在拜访消费者时对药店人员进行产品培训;
  • Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business 与客户保持良好的关系;
  • Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands 及时反馈市场信息给各类部门来调整各项策略;
  • Being good at driving / delivery client education independently能够独立 的进行客户沟通及店员教育;
  • Playing an independent role on client management and supporting DSM in terms of coaching team for product learning/ client data analysis能够独立的进行客户管理,支持地区经理的管理工作,如对团队成员进行产品知识培训,销售数据,客户数据分析等;
  • Supporting DSM to conduct KA contract negotiation and renewal能够支持地区经理进行重要客户的合作谈判及协议签署等工作。

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Education level: higher than college degree 大专以上文化程度;
  • Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems 良好的领导能力,口头和书面表达能力,沟通能力,解决问题能力;
  • Being integrity and positive 为人正直,积极向上;
  • Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry OTC行业或者跨国零售业的快消行业的相关工作经验;
  • At least 3 years in retails sales function 至少三年零售销售经验。
