Sales Force Effectiveness Manager//Sales Excellence 




  • Take a leadership role in planning and executing Segmentation & Targeting (S&T), sales force sizing and territory alignment for selected sales organization
  • Lead Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives and ensure the implementation of SFE framework in the sales organization together with / under direction of Head of Sales Excellence 
  • Lead in creating innovative strategy / methodology in SFE (e.g. Targeting and segmentation) and Sales Force Digitalization (SFD - e.g. BI tools) that really work at the field
  • Lead communication with Sales departments and Marketing departments in SFE and SFD
  • Take part in project related to business development and sales force reorganization and lead topics related to SFE and SFD such as targeting and  estimation of sales force FTEs





  • University degree or above 
  • Master of Business Administration or equivalent studies preferred  
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Statistic Analysis, Consulting or related field management 
  • Experience of consulting firm or multiple business units preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English (i.e. TOEIC 730+), including oral & written
  • Complexity / ambiguity management skills 
  • Process management skills 
  • Professional analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • 100% accuracy standards 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfort around senior management 
  • Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds 
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Word and globally used analytic tools like "Tableau")
  • Strong in strategic, analytical and logical thinking
