Main Purpose

Develop and establish solid and trusting relationships with strategic accounts, through a high quality sale and service experience across  Bayer´s  integrated portfolio, with the objective to achieve business goals, while executing the strategy for a mid term Sustainable growth  and enhancing GTM Model.

Your mission Will be to

  • Build and manage a robust relationship with Strategic Growers, to ensure a complete understanding of the strategy developed by each KA to grow their business, buying inputs and decision making process to maximize Bayer’s value proposition and delivery the best in class customer experience.
  • Responsible to plan, align and execute annual commercial business plan and CM campaign and programs to maximize Bayer integrated portfolio, in coordination with Bayer commercial/ teams.
  • Conduct deep analysis of all SA considering KPIs and customer crop planting plans assuring the maximization of Bayer footprint in each customer.
  • Recommend and develop strategies and business initiatives with customers to provide integrated solutions and high impact service experience.
  • Provide deep Agronomic and Technical Advice (e.g., portfolio supply solutions, crop plan, etc.)
  • Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information to provide inputs to develop business plans according to market evolution
  • Develop a short and long term plan (Action Plan) in order to develop a sustainable strategic relationship with the customer in the mid and long term.
  • Act as a change agent, in the implementation of the GTM Strategy.
  • Be a protagonist of the digital business transformation through Field View penetration and Agro Services growth plan.

 

Unlock your Potencial

  • University degree. Agronomic knowledge.
  • Previous operational experience in customer facing positions (field and sales), marketing and business role.
  • High Understanding of local market, CS Portfolios and business acumen.
  • Strong customer focus, communication and relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, initiative, assertiveness, and results orientation;
  • Strong influence, stakeholders management , account planning, and critical thinking skills;
  • Financial, marketing and technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrated digital acumen and ability to analyze data to influence decisions.
