Territory Manager - Metro, South Sumatra 

 
   
   

MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Ensures both individual and squad outcomes/sales targets are achieved; drives team performance even when individual goals have already been achieved.
  • Plan, organize and implement sales plan together with other squad members ensure to defined KPIs are achieved.
  • Develop relevant knowledge, data and expertise that are relevant for and of value to customers.
  • Understand customers’ needs/approaches to ensure a differentiated approach and develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Gather market / competitive data and anticipate customers trends and capture them using Bayer’s systems.
  • Support implementation of product stewardship and management of customer product complaints.
  • Provide appreciative feedback to each other to help each other grow and develop, and to help the team to learn and thrive.

 

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENT

 

  • Education: University degree preferably in Agriculture (Agronomy or Plant Protection).
  • Experiences in sales/marketing with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Crop Protection industry.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Result-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Work independently, without manager supervision.
  • Proactively take accountability and have complete ownership of results.
  • Moderate skills in English as advantage.
