Main Purpose

Responsible for the site's Master Data processes, ensuring accurate and timely creation and maintenance of master data in the ERP system, in alignment with local and global requirements.

Your mission will be to

• Collect required master data information from key stakeholders to implement all related changes.

• Create and maintain master data (BOM) in Bayer systems.

• Support BOM creation for the NPI process, ensuring all data is entered before the launch date to maximize customer service levels. Complete any additional NPI activities related to SKU setup as needed.

• Ensure proper lifecycle management of SKU BOMs.

• Perform root cause analysis on any issues related to master data quality and processes, and drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and people capabilities.

• Identify process improvement opportunities, standardize and simplify ways of working in collaboration with IT, supply chain, and key stakeholders, ensuring a consistent approach to data management.

• Maintain up-to-date GMP documentation related to Master Data.

Unlock your potential

• Degree (completed or near completion) in Systems, IT, Chemical or Industrial Engineering; postgraduate studies or specialization in project management or continuous improvement is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP modules MM, WM, QM, PP, PPPI, SD, and PM (mandatory).

• Experience with data science tools is a plus.

• Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) with at least an upper-intermediate level (mandatory).

• Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement tools in GMP-operational environments is preferred.

• Mindset for digitalization and Industry 4.0 will be considered an asset.

• Advanced computer skills required, particularly in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, and Power BI.
