Main Purpose

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), local health authority regulations, and Bayer’s internal Quality standards through execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of Quality Systems activities at the Pilar site.

Your mission will be to

• Provide Quality Oversight across plant operations to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Quality KPIs, documentation, and master data within the QMS and SAP.
• Ensure execution of the Site Master Validation Plan and maintenance of the Site Master File.
• Lead deviation investigations, change controls, and technical complaint management.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.
• Qualify and audit suppliers and third-party manufacturers.
• Manage GMP training plans and represent Site Quality within the Global Quality organization.

Unlock your potential

• Degree or advanced student in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and Quality Assurance.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and open, constructive communication.
• Strong leadership, collaborative and innovative profile, willing to challenge the status quo.
• Strategic Quality mindset with strong results orientation.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
