Do something that moves you:

• ·         Safety First:  Commit to maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• ·         Efficient Packaging Operations:  Set up, operate, and maintain packaging line machinery for smooth and efficient production.
• ·         Quality Assurance: Ensure products are packaged to the highest quality standards while complying with safety and regulatory requirements.
• ·         Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Identify and resolve issues on the packaging line, working closely with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• ·         Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process optimizations and enhancements to keep operations running at peak performance.

Does this sound like you?

• ·         A background in packaging, chemical production, FMCG manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
• ·         Have a positive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• ·         Proven ability to work safely in a production environment.
• ·         Ability to read, interpret, and follow workplace documentation such as SOPs and Operator Manuals.
• ·         A team player who communicates effectively and fosters a collaborative culture.
• ·         Willingness to take ownership of your role and support team accountability.
• ·         Physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods and operate production machinery.
