Our Pinkenba manufacturing facility is essential to delivering high‑quality, dependable products to our customers—and we’re seeking an experienced technician who thrives on problem‑solving, precision and technical challenge. Do something that moves you.

  • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical and control system components (sensors, actuators, I/Os, switchboards).
  • Respond to unplanned equipment breakdowns, ensuring risks are mitigated and downtime is minimised.
  • Execute statutory testing, loop testing, testing & tagging, and maintain compliance with Australian Standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults using technical drawings, manuals and engineering specifications.
  • Complete electrical installations and update electrical drawings, documentation and cause & effect matrices.
  • Maintain high equipment uptime through reliability‑focused maintenance, accurate record‑keeping and strong safety adherence (LOTO, Take 5, PTW).
  • Collaborate with maintenance, production, engineering and contractors, supporting scheduling, ERP workflows and site 5S standards.

 

 

 

Does this sound like you?

  • Queensland Electrical License (Non-Restricted)
  • Strong knowledge of the Electricity Act and AS3000,
  • Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and control wiring diagrams
  • PLC experience desirable
  • Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
  • Strong fault-finding capability and technical diagnostic skills
  • Understanding of reliability and preventative maintenance principles desirable
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong commitment to safety
