Do something that moves you.

  • Assess current manufacturing processes and lead improvement projects using change management and project management principles.
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Uphold process integrity and compliance with site regulations.
  • Solve process issues and implement Corrective and Preventative Actions.
  • Analyze data and identify measurement points to inform decisions.
  • Develop best practices and routines to improve efficiency and output quality.

 

 

 

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, or Chemical), 3+ years post-graduate experience, ideally in manufacturing.

 

  • Project management experience.
  • CAD/AutoCAD skills (desired).
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to self-organize, prioritize, and motivate.
  • Innovative mindset with a consultative approach
  • Exemplary agile leadership qualities, characterized by visionary thinking and coaching capabilities to inspire and guide teams.
  • Proven ability to think innovatively and adapt to changing circumstances and challenges in the workplace.
