Customer Interaction Representative CZ/S

As a Customer Interaction Representative for the Czech and Slovak markets, you will play a critical role in delivering an excellent customer experience across our supply chain operations. You will act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth order processing, proactive communication, and effective resolution of inquiries, claims, and complaints.

This role combines customer service, operational coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and business performance.


Your responsibilities

 

  • Act as the main contact for assigned customers, managing day-to-day interactions and service requests
  • Provide timely and accurate information on orders, deliveries, product availability, and lead times
  • Coordinate order management activities, including order entry, status tracking, delivery scheduling, returns, and complaints
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Support customer master data maintenance, including onboarding new customers and delivery locations
  • Gather customer feedback, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support reporting activities, settlements, and campaign-related processes (e.g. vouchers, seasonal programs)
  • Participate in customer trainings and help drive adoption of new tools, processes, and systems

 

 

Who you are:

You bring a customer-centric mindset and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You are comfortable working across multiple systems and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Logistics, Commercial, or Administrative roles
  • Experience working with ERP / CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of cross-border supply flows and import/export considerations within the region
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills
  • Stress resiliance


Languages:

 

  • Fluent Czech and Slovak (C1 or C2 native level)
  • English at B2 level or higher
