Customer Excellence and Analytics Expert (Maternity Leave Cover) 

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Excellence and Analytics Expert to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive impactful insights and provide analytical support to Marketing and Sales teams across the CEE Cluster, with a focus on Czechia and Slovakia. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, helping to shape data-driven strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with Marketing and Sales stakeholders in the CEE Cluster, Czechia, Slovakia, HQ counterparts, and external agencies.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and develop regular reports and dashboards to support Customer Teams.
  • Contribute to segmentation and targeting efforts, as well as monitor activity levels to enhance customer engagement.
  • Support Customer Engagement Leads and Teams by setting goals, defining KPIs, and ensuring comprehensive reporting frameworks.
  • Deliver key insights and proactive support for decision-making related to ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Conduct continuous market research using secondary data sources (e.g., IQVIA, official statistics, decision resources) to inform benchmarking and trend analyses.
  • Design and implement local primary research studies to address marketing and management opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Data Steward to contribute to data warehouse development and ensure data quality.

 

Who you are:

  • University degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Management Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, IT).
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills; highly proficient in MS Office, Tableau; experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and related data sources (e.g., IQVIA) is advantageous.
  • Ability to lead in a non-hierarchical environment and foster new ways of working using agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize work effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive, independent worker with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English and Czech.
