Customer Team Enabler 

 

Position Overview:

As a Customer Team Enabler, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and developing Customer Value Partners (CVPs) and Customer Teams. Your focus will be on enhancing individual and team performance, aligning efforts with the organization’s sales strategies, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will also lead change management initiatives to support continuous learning and development.

 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coach CVPs on-site to enhance performance, aligning actions with sales strategies and key messaging.

  • Collaborate with Customer Engagement Leads (CELs) to optimize territory management, customer targeting, and sales planning.

  • Facilitate team sessions and collaborative coaching to drive collective performance.

  • Develop and coordinate Field Coaches/Enablers to ensure effective coaching and training of CVPs.

  • Provide ongoing feedback to foster professional growth within Customer Teams.

  • Lead change management initiatives, promoting continuous learning and capability building.

  • Support the O&CE Head in capability assessments and resource allocation insights.

 

Who you are:

  • University degree (MA, PhD preferred) in a relevant field.

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial pharmaceutical organization, with a focus on sales, marketing, people development, capability building, and customer excellence.

  • Proven leadership experience in coaching with advanced coaching skills, especially in active listening and building psychological safety for team growth.

  • Courageous and inclusive leadership, showing awareness of personal bias, active listening, and fostering non-judgmental curiosity.

  • Commitment to giving every team member a voice, breaking down barriers, and building bridges within teams.

  • High adaptability to change, demonstrating both change and people agility.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating DSO behaviors:

  • Fluent in English, Native speaker of Czech language.
