Key Account Manager (Radiology) 

 

Position Overview:

As a Key Account Manager in the Czech Republic, you are responsible for planning and implementing sales strategies to major accounts. Cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management skills are critical to your success. You will focus on regions such as East Bohemia, Highland, South Bohemia, and Praha, ensuring that our strategic goals are met through effective account management and customer engagement.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve sales targets and meet assigned account objectives;
  • Conduct sales and application training for medical devices;
  • Identify key decision makers, influencers, and gatekeepers in assigned accounts and develop an effective network;
  • Anticipate future customer needs and deliver solutions by mobilizing the right internal resources and stakeholders;
  • Establish and build long-term, trustful relationships with customers;
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and follow-up on account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Country Manager, Marketing, Medical, and Sales;
  • Act as a key interface between customers, leveraging all relevant communication channels and internal stakeholders;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of account needs, leading cross-functional teams without direct authority;
  • Contribute to the integration of country feedback into cluster brand marketing, including budgeting and forecasting for revenue and production;
  • Monitor competitive activity in each account and formulate appropriate response strategies with relevant internal stakeholders;
  • Develop marketing measures and argumentation aids for relevant target groups;
  • Support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and customers at national and international symposia and congresses.

 

Key Working Relation:

Internal: Key Account Managers, Customer Squad Lead CZ/SK/HUN, Medical Advisor, Cluster Marketing Manager, Administration support, Market Access, Logistics, Legal. External: Key Accounts, Vendors, HCP, Healthcare.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • University degree or comparable experience in the pharmaceutical business;
  • Minimum two years of successful track record in sales;
  • Experience in medical devices or software sales is an advantage;
  • Experience in managing project activities;
  • Innovative and strategic thinking;
  • Ability to balance customer orientation with business objectives;
  • Proficiency in English.
