Market Development Advisor 

Your Responsibilities:

• Field Testing and Data Management:
  • Conduct field scale testing of commercial and new Bayer seed products, including Ground Breaker trials.
  • Manage data collection, perform quality reviews, and ensure timely submission of trial results.
• Product Support and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with customer marketing to highlight key product features.
  • Support retail partners and the sales team through strategic technical support and agronomic training.
  • Aid in the organization and execution of grower demand events and promotional activities.
• Technical Expertise and Communication:
  • Provide detailed technical information on seeds, traits, and chemistry products.
  • Position Bayer products against competitors and communicate advantages to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a reputation as a technical expert in your territory through various channels, including digital media and industry events.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety and driving policies of Bayer.
  • Participate in and support safety initiatives and training.

Who you are:

• Proven experience in agronomy, crop science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices and product application.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.
