Marketing Assistant / Prague 

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in executing both external and internal events for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will be responsible for managing classic media, dealing with incentives and gifts for the sales team, and supporting the VPS team with company systems. Your excellent communication skills will be essential as you will be the main contact for our sales team. This role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate logistics, manage bookings, and be present at events to ensure smooth execution.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for managing internal and external events in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including event management for conferences, field days, and small customer events;
• Coordinate logistics such as hotels, catering, and travel arrangements for events;
• Put agendas in the system and manage internal events like campaign kick-offs;
• Coordinate agenda and budgeting for events;
• Manage classic media coordination and logistics with print houses;
• Support the team with creating and processing purchase orders (POs);
• Be present at events to ensure smooth execution and manage on-site logistics;
• Provide support for the VPS team with company systems;
• Deal with incentives and gifts for the sales team;
• Communicate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

• Experience of 0-2 year in a related field;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to manage logistics and be present at events;
• Proficiency in coordinating agendas and budgeting;
• Driving license and willingness to travel;
• Based in Prague and available to work in the office twice/three times per week;
• Native Czech speaker preferred;
• Open to fresh graduates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in event management and media coordination;
• Familiarity with creating and processing purchase orders (POs);
• Ability to manage print house logistics.
