As the Senior Market Access Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this transformation by shaping and executing the access strategy for our pharmaceutical portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. Your insights and expertise will be crucial in driving our policy agenda and engaging strategically with key stakeholders to enhance access to vital medicines.

Do something that moves you.

  • Lead the Charge: Spearhead the implementation of sustainable market access strategies that ensure patients receive the treatments they need.
  • Transform Data into Insights: Collect and analyze critical data to craft compelling Market Access submissions that create value for customers, patients, and Bayer alike.
  • Engage with Purpose: Provide your technical expertise to support our policy initiatives and foster strategic relationships with stakeholders in the ANZ healthcare landscape.
  • Innovate Reimbursement Strategies: Collaborate with product teams to develop and execute reimbursement strategies that optimize patient access and financial outcomes.
  • Deliver Excellence: Prepare high-quality pricing and reimbursement submissions to key Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies, including PBAC, MSAC, and PHARMAC.
  • Create an impact on communities:  with our purpose of Health for all while negotiating with stakeholders.

 

 

Does this sound like you?

  • A university degree or professional qualification in medical science, pharmacy, economics, public health, or epidemiology.
  • A strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand healthcare systems, reimbursement policies, and pertinent health policy issues.
  • Exceptional project management skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • A passion for learning and a drive for personal and professional growth.
