Do something that moves you.

• Ensure impactful in-store visibility for all our iconic Australian Consumer Health brands.
• Collaborate with the Shopper Marketing Manager to create cost-effective POS solutions that turn shoppers into buyers of our brands.
• Oversee POS development and implement in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Category teams.
• Manage budgets effectively for POS production and execution..
• Liaise with third-party suppliers for POS creation and development.
• Oversee storage and production of campaign-specific and generic POS items.
• Track performance, identify issues, and propose solutions in collaboration with Category Managers.
• Ensure market compliance through third-party monitoring.
• Manage and optimize third-party merchandiser effectiveness.

Does this sound like you?

• Degree in relevant field with 2+ years in FMCG Sales or Trade Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Australian retail accounts and consumer behavior.
• Proven skills in managing complex projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficient in budget control and resource allocation.
• Strong time management, planning, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Commitment to leadership, integrity, flexibility, and efficiency.
