Where do you want to go?

At Bayer, we’re shaping the future of healthcare and agriculture — and strong, compliant supply chains are critical to delivering on our mission. We’re looking for an experienced Supply & Change Manager to ensure uninterrupted supply while leading complex change initiatives across a cluster of products and countries.

This pivotal role sits at the intersection of supply planning, lifecycle management and transformational change, partnering closely with internal teams, external manufacturers and global stakeholders to deliver reliable supply and compliant, on‑time product changes.

Do something that moves you.

  • Ensure uninterrupted, cost‑efficient supply of assigned products and markets by resolving complex operational challenges and collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Drive exception‑based supply management, including inventory optimisation, bottleneck prioritisation and allocation decisions.
  • Define implementation strategies, aligning cross‑functional work packages and proactively mitigating supply risks
  • Lead supply‑related change initiatives, supporting Bayer’s Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) operating model and the successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Support lifecycle events including launches, labelling changes, deletions and local re‑packing activities, optimizing inventories, throughput times and on-time deliveries.
  • Define implementation strategies, align cross‑functional work packages, manage timelines and proactively escalate risks or deviations.
  • Coordinate closely with Production Planning, Demand Planning, Commercial and Market Access teams to develop robust supply and fulfill customer needs
  • Partner with global counterparts to minimise registration, filing and packaging costs and time while safeguarding supply continuity.
  • Champion continuous improvement with a strong end‑to‑end value stream and data quality mindset.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Several years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, with 7+ years of strong stakeholder management, ideally within Pharmaceuticals or Consumer Health.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex supply environments, change initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capability with a data‑driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation, including senior leaders.
  • A proactive, structured and resilient mindset, balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

Why Bayer?

  • Work for a purpose‑driven organization committed to Health for all, Hunger for none
  • Lead meaningful change in a global, complex supply network
  • Thrive in a culture of collaboration, inclusion, ownership and continuous improvement
  • Be empowered to lead with authenticity, accountability and impact
