Main Purpose

To create value for stakeholders by acting as a business partner, analyzing production plans and SOP financial data for the LATAM Row Crop business, and standardizing financial models to support efficient and informed decision-making.

Your mission will be to

• Coordinate the LATAM budgeting process by establishing guidelines, calendars, controls, and key milestones, ensuring regional consolidation and proper pre-alignments to support the successful execution of mid-term strategic planning activities.
• Collaborate with the commercial finance team to monitor and develop pricing and cost processes for annual sales campaigns, providing financial and strategic analysis on cost evolution based on updated production plan outputs.
• Actively participate in the S&OP working group, performing analyses and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support the development and continuous improvement of the Regional Financial Evaluation Standard model, including ownership of system enhancements related to S&OP and budgeting processes.
• Act as the focal point for inventory and obsolescence management, ensuring accurate provisioning and reversals, and tracking cost evolution in collaboration with production and supply chain teams.
• Work closely with Cost Cluster leads to provide early visibility on risks and opportunities related to production season evolution, inventory levels, and obsolescence.
• Reconcile production plans with actual results, monitoring the performance of key production KPIs to ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
• Lead and mentor interns within the department, overseeing process-related deliverables and internship project execution.

Unlock your potential

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of cumulative experience across different areas of Finance, including prior experience in FP&A and Controllership.
• Key competencies include a strategic and digital mindset, results orientation, change management, and the ability to manage ambiguity.
• Strong communication, organizational, market acumen, and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English
