With our new way of working, called Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO), we’re building a more agile, less bureaucratic organization – one that’s focused on creating real value for everyone: farmers, patients, consumers, employees, investors, and society as a whole.

At Bayer, Diversity and Inclusion aren’t just buzzwords – they’re core values we live by every day. We believe that when people from different backgrounds come together, amazing things happen. Diverse teams spark creativity, drive innovation, and make our workplace more welcoming for everyone.

If you’re someone who wants to shape your own path, who values creativity and brings a spirit of innovation – you’ll feel right at home here. Come be part of this journey. Be yourself. We are Bayer.
