 The Human Resources Front Office area is focused on guiding and supporting employees in processes and policies inherent to people management. Our mission is to promote a good experience for our employees through human and digital contact, with the agility and quality of information as our main drivers.

 

Additionally, we have the purpose to transform our employee's wishes into internal demands with all Human Resources areas, always seeking to improve the employee's experience and our processes. 

 

 

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

 

 

  • Perform HR Manage Employee Inquiry Process by providing services that deliver solutions that meet customer expectations and maintain positive, lasting customer relationships:
  • Resolve queries about HR policies and procedures submitted by phone call, email, web portal and mail from various employees, managers, applicants, HR community members and others.
  • Utilize excellent problem solving and research skills that identify the issue in question, analyze the path to resolution and drive results by following to conclusion
  • Resolve majority of basic to intermediate-level inquiries; escalate more complex issues that require HR Specialist for review and response • Use available knowledge management tools and system resources to respond to service inquiries; create or update new knowledge articles and conduct content quality review approvals
  • Document inquiries and provide solutions; track commonly asked questions and provide input for process or service improvements
  • Act independently with minimal supervision using sound judgment and be accountable for following established policy and procedures, including adherence to all data privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Perform diverse range of basic to more complex administrative and operational work activities on a daily basis in support of various HR processes.
  • Serve as Service Excellence Agent: Gain insight into customer needs to initiate actions that resolve problems, drive and guide development of new services, or improve customer satisfaction and efficiencies.
  • Demonstrate broad knowledge and understanding of the Bayer and HR organization – operations, policy and personnel – and proven ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Act as Liaison between Front Office and assigned Back Office process team(s) to collaborate on inquiries, exchange knowledge and process feedback, promote effective communications.
  • Participate in developmental programs and special projects in order to further develop personal skills and competencies that strengthen ability to perform job effectively 

 

 

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

 

 

Mandatory 

 

  • University degree or advance studies in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • English at least intermediate to writing and reading
  • Prior experience in Human Resources, Payroll operations, and/or Customer Service.
  • Advance knowledge in MS Office (Excel).
  • Good user knowledge of SAP HR standard reports and transactions. 

 

 

Desirable 

  • Intermediate Spanish
