CS LATAM Finance Transformation team’s main purpose is to drive transformation by connecting people, processes, and digital solutions - enabling smarter decisions, scalable impact, and a future‑ready Finance function.

This position will empower data‑driven decision‑making, operational efficiency, and customer focus by designing, scaling, and embedding digital and analytics solutions that transform how Finance delivers impact across global, regional, and local teams.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:

• Design, pilot, and scale digital platforms, advanced analytics, and automation solutions that unlock smarter decision-making, operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and improve financial performance across Finance and Business teams;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, Product Supply, and IT teams to embed end-to-end solutions and drive adoption, acting as a key facilitator between business and technology;
• Translate complex business challenges into high-value digital and analytics use cases, delivering clear, actionable insights and responses;
• Communicate insights with clarity and impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving tangible outcomes;
• Lead and prioritize a portfolio of transformation initiatives based on business value, impact, and strategic alignment, ensuring transparency on progress, timelines, and dependencies.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

Must have:

• Bachelor´s degree;
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into impactful digital and analytics solutions, with a strong focus on scalability and seamless system integration;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively in both the local language and English;
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation and automation initiatives, including the design and implementation of dashboards, dataflows, and end-to-end processes;
• Solid knowledge of data modeling, data visualization, and UX best practices, applied to tools such as Power BI or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and practical applications, leveraging AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency;
• Agile and collaborative mindset, capable of thriving in multidisciplinary squads and dynamic resource environments while ensuring alignment and value delivery;
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive approach, and structured problem-solving skills combined with a collaborative attitude.

Nice to Have: 

 Experience working with SAP and integrating end-to-end business processes, including automation through APIs;

• Proven ability to apply analytics in real Business and Finance contexts to drive insights and decision-making;
• Hands-on experience with AI and predictive analytics initiatives, such as developing machine learning models or intelligent agents for business or finance applications;
• Familiarity with programming languages for advanced analytics and AI development (e.g., Python, R) and solid understanding of Data Science concepts;
• Experience with enterprise planning platforms, such as Anaplan or similar tools;
• Background in global or matrixed organizations, demonstrating ability to navigate complexity and collaborate across regions;
• Knowledge of Project Management, Lean and Six Sigma best practices and methodologies, ensuring structured execution and delivery of initiatives.
