We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and innovative professional capable of acting at the intersection of Credit, Legal, Customer Finance, Barter, and other key stakeholders, making a meaningful contribution to the evolution of litigation management, renegotiation processes, collateral management, and operational efficiency.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: YOUR MISSION WILL BE:

•  Manage the CS Credit legal cases portfolio (litigation processes), ensuring continuous updates to Strategic Credit Management and the Credit & Collection Brazil Leadership Team.
• Identify opportunities within the litigation portfolio and propose agreements, campaigns, and initiatives focused on reducing backlog, mitigating legal costs, increasing operational efficiency, and improving overall portfolio performance.
•  Monitor key litigation processes and provide timely and strategic updates to Credit Leads.
• Review and validate documents and critical information submitted to law firms for new litigation cases and renegotiation processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the local Credit community on collaterals, renegotiation and legal-related matters
• Serve as a liaison between Barter, Customer Finance, and Credit Teams, ensuring clear, efficient, and aligned processes across regional teams and São Paulo.
• Conduct managerial analyses of customer collateral, identifying risks and recommending improvements, documentation enhancements, and alternative guarantee structures.
• Evaluate, together with Strategic Credit Management, the services provided by external legal firms and service providers, considering cost, scope, quality, service delivery, and participation in bidding processes when applicable, while ensuring continuous reporting and governance.
• Monitor legal service providers to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and performance standards.
•  Maintain strategic alignment with the Internal Legal Department, ensuring adherence to corporate policies, compliance standards, and governance guidelines.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to internal processes, approval workflows, communication, automation opportunities, and legal and collaterals routines within the Credit organization.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and promoting innovative solutions across the Credit and Legal interfaces.
• Prepare recurring management reports and provide strategic insights on legal matters impacting the local Credit community.
• Analyze and report all legal expenses related to Credit & Collection Brazil, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency gains.
• Monitor collections stemming from customer agreements and coordinate with the Accounting team whenever necessary.
• Maintain and support the team in managing standard legal credit contracts and related documentation.
• Contribute to governance enhancement by improving controls, reporting structures, workflows, and decision-making processes.
• Leverage data analytics, digital tools, automation, and Artificial Intelligence solutions to improve analysis quality, accelerate deliverables, support decision-making, and drive business value.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects across Credit, Legal, Finance, and Operations functions.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, ownership, and results-oriented execution while balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.

 Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience in process analysis, controls, and performance indicators.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or operational transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of and/or experience with Artificial Intelligence and digital tools applied to data analysis and decision-making.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement related to governance, reporting, workflows, and overall business performance.
• A profile that thrives in an environment focused on operational excellence, while demonstrating strategic and innovative thinking.

Skills that would be a plus

• Experience with litigation processes, preferably within the agricultural industry.
• Strong knowledge of collateral and legal documentation used in credit operations, including mortgages, Rural Product Certificates (CPRs), letters of guarantee, bank guarantees, articles of incorporation, and other related instruments.
• Experience working across Credit, Legal, Finance, and Operations functions.
