YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets and investment budgets of Key Accounts.
- Inncrease the profitability of the Key accounts through implementation of activities that improve the the physical and mental availability of Bayer CH brands.
- Efficient inventory management of key accounts.
- Monthly preparation of the forecast based on three months onwards looking for an accuracy greater than 80% (Demand review analysis).
- Coordinate the implementation of the activities of the key account plan, investing the resources in the most effective way.
- Conduct business reviews every month with key accounts, and establish joint action plans that improve the Sell Out of the brands at the points of sale.
WHO YOU ARE
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering.
- Desirable: MBA.
- Analytical thinker, good negotiator, observant of external conditions, skilled communicator.
- 5 years of experience on Brand Management, Sales Management, trade promotions for traditional channels.
