Your task and Responsabilities:

• Work with different teams to ensure delivery of results.
• Help Dealers to generate demand through key activities and interactions with growers.

• Ability to gain respect of the customers and keep them engaged in our Dealer Programs and Initiatives.
• Identify market needs to project them with the Forecast Tool, improving short- and long-term exactness for a more accurate Financial Forecast with growth.
• Be aware of the Pile assigned to the area and the Excess file to use any opportunity to generate demand to reach the target and reduce CompanyInventory.
• Lead Innovation working with the Dealers and Growers for Successful introduction of adapted materials aligned with the Strategic Objectives of the Company.
• Work with internal stakeholders to help developing a Team with Proficiency to offer a better Customer Experience.
• Operate within Business Conduct and Human Rights.
• Ability of working together and support our customers’ team to set up trials, training and activities for growers to secure the base and introduce new materials.
• Help to Credit and Collection to keep customers’ account current.
• Attend to scheduled meetings (SOE, Supply Match Review, etc.).
• Assist on demand of internal stakeholders.
• Take on time all trainings per the position.

Who you are:

• Bachelor Agronomy, business.
• 5 years of experience in sales of seeds or agrochemicals or crop production.
• Results oriented, organized, self motivated and independent.
• Crop Management Sales Technique Marketing
• Microsoft Office
• English: 60%
