PS Business Partner 

 
   
   

As a Product Supply Business Partner you will be fully accountable for driving end-to-end product supply excellence across five countries:Thailand, Vietnam,  Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. You will act as the key interface between the regional product supply function and local commercial teams to ensure optimal product availability, efficient cost management, and successful new product launches across the cluster

 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: (i) strong product availability for customer teams as per aligned target and (ii) new product launches on time so that customer teams can meet CFR/PLS target and delight the customer.
  • CASHFLOW: achieving annual working capital reduction target (inventory, obsolescence) of the customer team so that Bayer CH meets its annual free cashflow target.
  • COST: (i) gross margin improvement (end-to end) in line with annual target (€ net savings achieved / gross margin improved by target amount) ensuring COGS increase remains below inflation and (ii) minimal total product write-offs so that the customer team meets its desired EBIT target. 
  • RESILIENCE: target percentage of product families with (i) target capacity-to-demand- ratio and (ii)target multi sourcing degree so that we can sustain customer service even in periods of internal/external shocks.
  • BUSINESS BUILDING: Ensuring the right PS capabilities within the supply ecosystem and organization to meet the growth ambitions of customer team so that we can enable to win market share / extend the market size. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the key interface between Product Supply and Commercial teams (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing)
  • Ensure reliable supply and excellent service performance for both Thailand and Vietnam markets
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global supply chain functions to align demand & supply planning
  • Drive initiatives for cost optimization, inventory control, and resilience planning
  • Support product launches, scenario planning, and regional process improvements

 

 What You Bring

  •  7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally within Consumer Health, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of systems like SAP APO, OMP, or equivalent planning tools
  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in Thai and English (Vietnamese is a plus)
  • Hands-on experience in S&OP, inventory management, and cross-country coordination
