TH PH Customer Supply Chain Support

 
   
   

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support in maintaining oversight of warehousing and transport processes, both on and off- system, including stock accuracy and all inventory related transactions
  • Provide support in ensuring processes and documentation are in place following internal and external compliance by LSPs. Support audits, stock checks and other compliance/QU activities as required.
  • Provide support in managing the relationship and actively collaborate with 3PL and carriers to ensure desired service level and improvement initiatives.
  • Supports for updating SCM standard reports, including but not limited to t, shared file for logistics- QA and Certificate of Analysis tracking, etc.
  • Provide support with commercial requirements which include, but are not limited to government tender or bidding requests or documents
  • Downloads/requests for Certificate of Analysis for translation by Regulatory Affairs (RA) and Certificate of Analysis of Active substances and prepares relevant letters for tender submission
  • Prepares Purchase Requisition/Order for all packaging materials and products with local repackaging activity and Goods Receipts posting and other related P4S transaction
  • Checks supplier invoices vs POs & Codes Account info. for S2Pposting in P4S
  • Coordinates the regular destruction of obsolete/damaged/rejected stocks with LSP and Accounting
  • Supports SCM & O2C projects as assigned.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree i.e. qualification in supply chain management or engineering graduate preferred
  • Minimum 3 years life sciences experience gained at a multi-national company.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
  • Digital mind set and knowledge of common supply chain and s (e.g. SAP) and emerging technologies (e.g. Blockchain).
  • Is comfortable working with all levels of management.
  • Good business ethics and deep understanding of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge on process improvement and change management approaches.
  • Assertive, competent, confident and resilient.
  • Capable to handle stressful situations.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Well-developed English language skills, both written and oral.
