YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, implement and continuously improve risk & compliance monitoring concepts,methodologies, process and tools for both CME and Device business in RAD China.
• Newly establish the risk & compliance montoring strategyand re-define the principles to make sure business compliance behavior of 1 customer facing team for the whole portfolio.
• Provide end-to-end risk management solutions including identify the potential risks, develop the mitigation plan and set & implement SOP to support buisness.
• Responsible for setting policies and standards in the area of transparency management and analytical risk & compliance monitoring in RAD.
• Buildup the intelligence analysis methodology and provide therisk management report. Identify the potential risks for new/innovation business models in advance and develop adequate mitigation plans to achieve business objectives.
• Own the RAD China risk monitoring repository and define related key risk indicators according to business strategy, provide a proactive and reliable indication / early warning to make sure business compliance behavior.
• Work with Compliance BP to design and coordinate organize compliance trainings internally. Perform constant benchmarking of competitors to identify opportunities for further process improvment.
• Work with global / local stakeholders’ to align the transformation journey.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor degree preferably in business administration or economics
• 10+ Compliance management or audit experie
• Working experience in life-science business processes
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Expert know-how in Risk Management and Risk Mitigation;
• familiarity with the relationship between business decisions and their risk implications is necessary
