该职位负责拜耳影像诊断全产品组合（对比剂、器械设备&耗材等）在上海部分区域的销售推广，年目标销售额5000w左右。

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement district business plans according to the regional sales strategy and plan; lead the sales team to promote products and achieve sales targets;
• Organize and implement market activities in linewith sales & marketing strategies, ensure compliance and quality of activities;
• KOL network maintenance by regular visits;
• Regional competitive products information feedback;
• Qualified sales representatives recruitment and give them adequate guidance;
• Counsel, follow-up and coach the representatives regularly, make stage working plan and put them into practice;
• District cost allocation and control.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor degree of medicine or related major;
• More than 5 years pharmaceutical sales and sales management experience, basic/good English communication skills;
• Organization capacity, interpersonal skills, communication skills, creativity, adaptability, insight, team management capabilities.
