(Sr) Product Manager 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• New product launch plan and promotional activities. 
• Create and recommend a clearly defined Long-term product and marketing strategies (3 – 5 years) for consumables to achieving overall business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insight, competition and policies' impacts to define business opportunities and recommend strategy changes when necessary based on the analysis and feedback;
• Define, implement and evaluate the Annual Market Plan with details of Marketing Activities, Sales Target and Expense. Manage and control approved annual P&L budget;
• Product life cycle management of responsible product/portfolio. Develop pricing structure. 5.Provide marketing/training support to the business team (sales, technical/clinical support and distributors).
• Work closely with other internal teams i.e. regulatory and supply chain, etc. to drive cross function collaboration and leverage cross functional resources;

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree and above with medical related majors
• More than 6 years’ experience in sales and marketing management in consumables. New consumables launch experience is preferred.
• Consumables related skill and experience in market access, buying process, pricing and related commercial policies, etc.
• Strong strategic initiative.
• Marketing related competencies
• Good oral and written English
