Customer Marketing Manager 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement overarching HCP strategy and communications to enhance professional endorsement and support business growth across channel (incl. Hospital and Retail).
• Monitor hospital channel market dynamics in respective fields, make suggestion and develop strategic solutions in terms of business enhancement.
• Engage and manage top national KOLs, leading institutions, etc. to secure high level endorsement, develop and implement overarching HCP strategy to enhance professional endorsement (to HCP & to Retail & to Consumer) and achieve aligned business goals.
• Work with internal sales team and external CSO partners to identify potential business opportunities and develop comprehensive marketing activities and NPD launch strategies to support the growth and improve efficiency continuously.
• Execute and safeguard the implementation of marketing activities with reference to time, expenses, quality and result.
• Support customer marketing leader and innovation leader to identify future growth opportunities, including claim innovation and product innovation.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor degree or above.
• 5~8yrs of proven experience in Pharmaceutical company (Rx or OTC), with minimum 2yrs of experience in handling one product on his/her own.
• Good analytical skill, strategic thinking.
• Good English written and verbal communication skills for presenting, discussion and documenting is preferred.
• Team player, Integrity and credibility, compliance with corporate and legal provisions.
