Digital and New Business PMO 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to Digital and New Solution(DNB) director and manage the key initiatives to ensure the high quality delivery
• Act as PMO to lead planning, charter development and governance for DNB team strategic initiatives across medicine, medical device and digital solutions.
• Establish a robust innovative project management mechanism to 1) Lead the launch preparation & launch readiness tracking for digital consultancy pilots 2) Track the planning and execution progress of the portfolio sales scale-up in private sector ; 3) Orchestrate cross-layer change management team to identify transformation barriers, drive problem-solving collaboration and explore new opportunities with tangible outcomes.
• Participate in the concept design&testing of innovative digital and new business model to achieve the business goals for strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate across DNB strategic initiatives with project leads, evaluate risks and interdependencies across projects and identify synergistic opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support DNB product planning and business decision-making.
• Build business know-hows and knowledge base generated from strategic initiatives to articulate and replicate within BU.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree or above (MBA preferred). Specialization in Medical/Pharmaceutics/Business preferred.
• More than 5 years of professional experience including at least 2 years in mgmt. consulting for healthcare/medical devices/digital health industry.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage a variety of technical platforms for collection, review, and dissemination of projects.
• Ability to cope under pressure and diligent with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals from a variety of disciplines at all levels.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient.
• Fluent Chinese and English.
