YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and Implement Learning Empowerment Programs for Managers:
- Develop holistic management capability empowerment strategies and plans for managers, aligned with corporate-level business needs and insights. Oversee the execution and delivery of empowerment initiatives. - Design and Implement Learning & Empowerment Programs for High-Potential Talent:
- Partner with Training BPs to co-design and execute talent development empowerment programs based on business requirements. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and key stakeholders to accelerate talent growth and organizational capability enhancement.
- Take full ownership of program impact and value. Participate in the design and execution of critical projects especially on High Potential Talent Development, and In-house Trainer Team Cultivation and Implementation. ensuring the design is precise, rigorous, practical, and methodologically sound. - Lead Best Practices Extraction and Application for Business Teams:
-Systematically capture, document, and disseminate best practices from talent development initiatives, transforming insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement and strategic deployment across the organization.
-Oversee the transformation of successful strategies and methodologies from diverse business contexts into comprehensive case studies and educational materials, facilitating widespread adoption and leveraging of best practices.
-Build cross-BU best practice sharing mechanism to maximize impact of best practice and enhance learning effectiveness. - Optimize and Implement Business Capability Assessments:
- Collaborate with HR BP to design targeted learning plans and assessment frameworks: Develop efficient business capability evaluation mechanisms to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential talent.
- Innovate assessment tool design and development: Partner with HRBP and Training BPs to create customized assessment tools and standards tailored to diverse business needs, significantly improving the precision and effectiveness of talent evaluation and development processes.
-Partner with Digital Innovation to integrate digital technologies into talent programs through advanced learning platforms, interactive simulations, and data analytics, enhancing effectiveness while aligning with strategic goals and employee needs.
- Drive cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with HRBP and BU management teams to design and implement tailored business capability assessment tools, supporting cross-BU talent development empowerment. - Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by leadership to support team and organizational objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher. - Working Experience in Relevant Field:
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, with Regional Manager (RM) or higher-level experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of training/learning & development experience in the pharmaceutical industry; certifications in management-related courses is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience with a proven track record of successful project execution; project management certification is preferred.
