Sr. Squad Lead of Trade & Training 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Promote cross functional teams to form consensus in the device business process, plan elements related to channel marketing plans.
  • Based on the overall business strategy and market competition environment, adjust pricing, develop promotional plans, and communicate internally.
  • Organize training on Bayer related products for channel distributors.
  • Coach the business team of device relate negotiation skill.
  • Regularly analyze and follow up on the beneficial practice of refining the device business in various channels and marketing stages, as well as coordinate cross departmental to support major project requirements in the device business.
  • Responsible for product and business process training for the RAD frontline sales team.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • More than 10 years of work experience in related fields;
  • More than 2 years of experience in leading personnel in the field of medical devices;
  • Having specific experience in promoting and collaborating on commercial channels;
  • Fluent English both in written and spoken;
