Non Herbicide Solid Operator Technician

PURPOSE

Operate and control filling/packaging machines and formulation/processes to produce finished products that meet production targets for quality, quantity, health, safety, and environment, following standard procedures.

MAJOR TASKS

1. Operate and control formulation/process, filling, and packing machines according to standard operating procedures (work instructions) to produce products with the correct quality, quantity, and timing as planned.
2. Ensure the effective and efficient use of materials, energy, and supporting tools.
3. Record accurate data and information regarding production activities, output, duration, and material usage (including scrap) into the digital platform and Process Order (PO) form.
4. Execute program activities related to 5S, HSE, Management System, onePSS, and TPM (autonomous maintenance) as per established procedures.
5. Report non-conformities, near misses, safety observations, and improvement suggestions/ideas through the improvement digital platform.
6. Be capable of troubleshooting and solving problems related to daily routine processes or breakdown issues.
7. Actively participate in continuous improvement programs to achieve squad outcomes.
8. Communicate with the relevant product-facing squad and peers to ensure smooth process coordination.
9. Create, monitor, and close job orders/notifications.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Minimum education of Senior High School graduates.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing field, specifically in formulation/process and filling/packing.
• Competencies: Strong collaboration, efficiency, and flexibility.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and passive proficiency in English.
