SAP Production Specialist

PURPOSE

To ensure smooth, accurate, and timely SAP-based operational processes, particularly in production planning support, inventory control, procurement, and reporting, through effective monitoring, document release, and coordination with PPIC, suppliers, and related teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute Purchase Order (PO) releases in SAP according to Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) availabilities and schedules and ensuring timely PO release to prevent production delays.
• Monitor PO status to ensure alignment with production planning requirements.
• Control consumption and Finished Goods (FG) release related to PO transactions.
• Coordinate with operation coordinators or any related teams in case of any operational issues which might interrupting in planning.
• Perform regular cycle counts in SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock loss within acceptable limits.
• Investigate and follow up on inventory discrepancies with operations teams.
• Monitor incoming Raw Material and Packaging Material based on: Purchase Orders and its incoming schedule specifically on labels and solvesso raw material and follow up until case closure and coordinatewith Suppliers and PPIC in case of deviations.
• Prepare daily incoming material reports (Excel) with detailed tracking.
• Conduct supplier and vendor performance evaluations, including delivery and quality performance as part of the assessment process to support supplier improvement initiatives.
• Release Purchase Orders based on PPIC requirements, including SmartBuy and non-stock items.
• Coordinate with PPIC and related functions to resolve supply constraints or issues.

• Placement location for this position will be in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia.
