Associate - Cross Border Workforce 

 
   
   

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Be responsible for the Compensation & Benefits process for assignments worldwide at Bayer
  • Preparation and Calculation of Salary Calculations, Cost Estimates,
  • Per Diem Allowances and Assignment Contracts/ Certificates for Bayer Expatriates
  • Calculation of other global processes like One Time Payments for all Bayer Expatriates
  • Be responsible for regular updates of international salary calculations (e.g. promotions)
  • Be the contact person (m/f) for local and global stakeholders (e.g. HR Solutions, Local Mobility Contacts, Global Process Owner, Global
    Mobility Operations)
  • Maintain data for all assignees in the global HR system (e.g. SAP – GHP, Assignment Pro)
  • Secure that ICS rules/regulations are met with regards to administrative assignment process

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • University degree in internationally and/or business focused studies, e.g. with focus on Human Resources or an equivalent education
  • Professional expertise in dealing with operational processes
  • Interested and knowledge in compensation processes, mobility management, international labor law as well as social security or tax
    regulations is of advantage
  • Strong expertise and knowledge in regards to Excel, SAP, Mobility Provider Tools
  • High service delivery attitude and ability to handle queries of customers in a professional way
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for figures, financial topics and IT affinity
  • Teamplayer (m/f) with strong social and intercultural skills and a hands-on mentality within a cross border team
  • High ability to solve problems and to structure and simplify complex tasks
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
