CORE Documentation Senior Associate 

 
   
   

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY 

  • Is responsible to store and catalogue documentation in the MyDoc system.
  • Manages on a daily basis all incoming documentation request via the generic mailbox system.
  • Maintains integrity of documents by reviewing the validity of all documents entering or leaving storage to ensure they are in line and/or compliant with the formal Bayer requirements.
  • Develops and maintains the MyDoc system to allow for document storage and retrieval.
  • Support in providing training to the employees both on the efficient usage of the MyDoc system but also on the formal requirements of documentation, preparation, and submission.
  • Performs query management activities to follow-up on required documentation status updates, expirations, and retirements.
  • Manages incoming requests on documentation approval workflows / status. Follow up on issues within workflow system.
  • Works closely with CORE to guarantee that documentation approach for CORE is followed.
  • Works closely with HR to guarantee regular maintenance of MyLearning activities.
  • Creates and maintains documents in iQMS system, as well as start workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
  • Check ICS controls documentation correctness and completeness in desktop procedures.
  • Responsible for checking key user access. Request documentation approval access.

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  • College graduate. Preferably, degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration or business-related course. Alternatively, an equivalent progressive working experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. English language skills mandatory, any other language beneficial
  • Highly critical and able to prioritize and decide on complex issues
  • Highly organized and able to strategize on various activities. Ability to prioritize, analyze, can-do attitude plan and coordinate peaks of workload.
  •  Able to talk on eye level with professionals and with pleasant personality
  • Sound understanding of relevant office communication tools
  • Proficient or advanced in MS Office
  • Strong communicator, self-motivated, dependable, pro-active and has high-level of maturity
  • Captive / BPO market experience an advantage
