Expert - Employee Lifecycle Management
He/She is responsible in creating, updating, maintaining and reporting employee and organizational data using Bayer systems and tools, in accordance with global/country HR policies and established controls. The Expert will also be supporting HR Partners to effectively carry out the PDE process in the system and will perform activities to ensure data quality. He will ensure high quality, reliable and timely delivery of Employee HR Services for its customers and stakeholders.
Overall, the Expert - Employee Lifecycle Management is responsible in maintaining HR data integrity and in leading the team to achieve the same.
YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery:
- Manage HR cases related to the following Data Foundation processes in accordance with global/country policies using various Bayer systems and tools.
- Personnel Action Administration, HR Letters and Offboarding for complex countries/scope. This includes data maintenance in GHP System, HR letters preparation, administering offboarding/exit process and answering inquiries related to the mentioned process.
- Organizational Data Management. Responsibility primarily includes creating, maintaining and delimiting organizational data such as org units, positions and its attributes in the OMR tool. This also includes resolving OM Data Quality issues, facilitating re-organization requests, providing advice on OM relevant topics to HR Partners and Managers, perform business testing and answering inquiries related to the mentioned process.
- Position Description and Evaluation process. Provide technical support to HR Partners, Managers and GPO to execute the position evaluation process.
- Data Quality. Perform data quality activities to ensure that data maintained in the system is following local and global data policies.
- HR Reporting - Primarily responsible in delivering HR reports on a regular and adhoc basis. This also includes performing data analytics, providing reporting advice based on business need and project requirements, providing training to users on how to use the readily available HR reporting dashboards and promote self-service reporting and sometimes assisting in resolving data.one access issues.
- Maintains organized management and monitoring of own and team’s deliverables.
- Drive achievement of KPI targets for timeliness, CSAT and quality.
- Perform ICS and process controls timely and in compliance with the control requirements.
- Prepare the team and ensure compliance to ICS audit requirements.
- Understand and report results of operations. Apply problem solving techniques to effectively identify gaps in the process and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Lead business continuity measures.
Issue Management:
- Apply process and business knowledge to assess and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain robust business relationships with other HR groups or functions to collaboratively devise solutions for issues and improve processes.
Process Improvement & Innovation:
- Perform activity and process reviews to ensure an optimized Data Foundation process.
- Use process knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvements and lead process improvement initiatives.
- Explore various data maintenance and reporting tools to enhance self-service and efficient processes.
Knowledge Management:
- Build process expertise and strong business knowledge.
- Create and maintain desktop procedure documents of performed process.
- Conduct process training and learning sessions.

Digital Savvy - Intermediate to advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 (MS Forms, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel)
Basic to intermediate working knowledge on Microsoft Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Basic familiarity on low-code and no-code tools. Citing advantages and limitations of these tech is a plus.
Ability to come up with functional business requirements for digital solutions.
Citizen Developer - Fundamental understanding of RPA, AI. Can cite examples of RPA tools.

WHO YOU ARE
-
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- At least 3-year HR experience in the area of data management and reporting is a must and has a good knowledge of HR interfaces.
- Knowledge of data management and reporting tools SAP (GHP/OMR) is an advantage.
- Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize workload of multiple activities while maintaining high level of quality and customer service in a complex and fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and drive assignments to their completion.
- Is organized and comfortable in working, managing and making sense out of huge amount of data.
- Can easily adapt to various processing systems and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and is a team player.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
