Expert - Total Rewards Benchmarking 

 

YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct annual salary surveys of the countries within his/her scope of responsibility in collaboration with the vendors within the given timelines.
  • Evaluate the Bayer jobs using the survey provider methodology (WTW, Mercer, KF, Aon, etc.) involve country HR for alignment if necessary.
  • Ensure the overall data quality of the survey submission.
  • Upload survey results per county in MarketPay and ensure the quality of the Bayer data in the tool.
  • Provide TR benchmark data upon request.
  • Run ad hoc job pricing requests in the defined timeline and format.
  • Manage access rights for Market Pay and vendor tools/files/sites.
  • Monitor external vendor's service quality according to identified standards
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the Total Rewards Benchmarking space, with focus on harmonization, standardization, and automation.
  • Provide consultative guidance to assigned Country TR Expert on Benchmarking topics.
  • Support the Global TR Benchmarking Lead in global TR projects as needed

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably with strong focus on HR quantitative/mathematical analysis.
  • Experience as a Compensation Total Rewards Analyst performing market benchmarking activities for a Global company, or as an HR Consultant (Analyst to Associate Level) for WTW, Mercer, Kom Ferry, AON, Birches Group, etc.
  • Strong ability to devise and develop solutions with little oversight
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other IT applications
  • Fluent in English for direct communication with Global, Regional and Country TR Experts
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build long term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency and schedule adherence
