YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Serves as an individual contributor and expert focusing on a defined range of knowledge and services under Mobility and Global Compensation & Benefits
- Oversees the allocation of workload to Senior Associates based on the subprocess, request type, criticality and complexity. Monitors the operations.
- Identify - in cooperation with the mobility sub teams - critical data and support the team by delivering sustainable high-quality data
- Audits and performs quality check and controls of the team's system processes and transactions. Reviews logs, actions, supporting documents, and handling time. May occasionally act as a first level approver / validator for some system transactions requiring review
- Monitors open items and disputes. Assures quick resolution of issues. Tracks extraneous and intrinsic factors affecting operational performance
- Handles complex, non-standard transactions, queries and escalations
- Acts as the primary internal process trainer for new members
- Acts as backup processor or secondary transactional reviewer for Senior Associate Team Members
- Secures access to related enablers to maintain data integrity
- Maintains the system access inventory of the teaM
- Corrective. Takes ownership for the resolution of issues and queries. Ensures documentation of incidents / problems based on global steering guidelines. Initiates preventive strategies attributed to procedural issues.
- Driver. Cascades top-down initiatives within the small functional group and its extensions.
- Trainer. Has attained mastery of both standard and non-standard transactions. Able to impart knowledge systematically following a structured learning tool.
WHO YOU ARE
- Graduate of any four (4)year course, preferably with HR background
- In depth technical knowledge of employee compensation and benefits preferably gained from a shared services organization
- Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented. Has high level of appreciation for accuracy, quality and timeliness
- Process orientation, analytic thinking and strong ability to solve problems
- Strong sense of ownership and solution oriented
- Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Working knowledge of Change and Project Management
- Proficient in SAP, HR System, Excel and other MS Office applications
- English language skills, fluent in written and spoken form
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, convincing and collaborative
- Proven capacity to deliver excellent customer service
- Ability to challenge the status quo and to embrace change
- Team player with strong social and intercultural skills and a hands-on mentality
