LPC Code Compliance Jr Associate |

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the Pharma Business and LPC Country Teams across the Region on general recurring questions in the area of Code Compliance, Industry Code Applicability, Interaction with HealthCare Professionals, HealthCare Organizations and Patient Organizations, including advice on the correct interpretation of LPC related Bayer policies.
- Provide support in the the Integrated Compliance Management and support the Effectiveness Monitoring for certain compliance risk areas
- Provide Code Compliance and Anti-Corruption consultancy for operational handling
- Support rollout and participation in LPC driven web based trainings, support LPC communication campaign and advise business and platform functions on organization and responsibilities within LPC
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the LPC direct manager
WHO YOU ARE
- Education: Academic degree English language on native speaking or comparable level; minimumfluent (oral and written), in one other than the language of the Region.
- Skill/Experience:
- Min of 1-3 years professional experience after graduation
- Good Communication and training Skills, also vis-a-vis non-lawyers
- Goal oriented, hands-on, proactive team player
- Good understanding of foreign cultures, ideally proven by time spent working overseas/abroad
- Knowledge of Compliance Management Systems desirable
- Knowledge of Anti corruption, laws and Codes relevant to the health care industry helpful
- Willingness to develop in the area of Compliance
- Good project management skills
- Good knowledge of MSOffice and knowledge in handling of management tools
